Up a tad today to 177.6. Just typical fluctuations I believe.

It is Friday and I am grateful for that. I have had a very busy week and am looking forward to the weekend ... of course I usually do look forward to the weekend!! No families to visit today ... just paperwork. That is good. I am hoping to get an evaluation report done that has been hanging over my head since mid-July. I don't need to put in but a few hours to make my 40 so I imagine I'll be putting a few hours in the "bank" as well ... which may come in handy if I need to take time off for medical things.

Since I did not have a schedule to keep today I let myself wake up naturally. Well, at least without the alarm clock!! LOL!! Funny thing is I am only about an hour behind schedule ... if that!!! Habits. Well, today is another day. Another day to work on enjoying the moment, what I have, not what I once had or what I hope to have. Another day to remember that the only thing predictable in life is change to help me not get stuck in thinking "it's not fair" or "why me." Time to rock and roll boys and girls!!! You all take care of yourselves and be good out there!!!

Suffering is optional. That's the theory anyway. You take care of yourself too and have a great weekend.

Thanks Cindy ... don't worry about words for me ... knowing I am in your thoughts is PERFECT. Sometimes there aren't words. Info ... I like your theory about suffering being optional. I'm working on staying in the moments ... I do it better some moments than others!! Lol!
