177.6 ... a new low. I am dancing close to that blue line!

Another busy day ahead of me which means another day that will fly by!! I hope to wrap up an evaluation report I've had on my plate since July by the end of this week. Wish me luck!!

The doctor's office called yesterday at home and left a message that my hubby's blood test results (PSA) were back. Of course they did not say what the results were. I hope hubby calls them today ... I think I want to know. At least it will be the first step into making other decisions ... and the sooner we do it the sooner we'll be through it ... right?

Well the dogs are bugging me to go outside and do their business so I guess I better listen!! Have a great day ... work on that balance of knowing what your goal is while also attending to the day-to-day journey ... the things we learn along the way. Take care!!

ADDENDUM!!! I just took a peek at my profile and realized that I am down exactly 100 lbs from my highest ever recorded weight (I might have weighed more but never got on the scale) of 277 lbs!!! WOW. Think I'll bask in that a bit today. I can hardly believe it. What a difference 100 lbs makes.

Wow! Look at you! Woo hoo! Those kinds of messages from the doctor's office really bug me. My hubby has been traeted for skin cancer several times. The dermatoligist's office staff members leave messages on our answering machine that "we have the results of Mr. Poet's biopsy - if you could give our office a call." That message scares the hell out of us! It would take two more seconds to say. The biopsy was benign. Hope your spouse has great blood test results. Keep the faith! Great job on the loss!

PSA count is up. That is not good news but not unexpected. Next step is the urologist appt ... probably another biopsy then deciding on what treatment. Oh joy.

The fact that you have lost 100 pounds is amazing. There is a special section of OA, with the best meetings I've ever seen in several OA cities, especially comprised of people who have lost over 100 pounds (the biggest meetings, sometimes over 100 people). I've never lost 100 pounds, but we are allowed to go to the meetings too. They were amazing and were instrumental in me losing weight. It's like a hypnosis session that you realize impacted you enormously, two years later. You've probably been? Good night buddy.
