Just For Today, I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan. (Calorie Count)
Oh My Goodness! Last night I became a "Celebrity." My friend and I went to a new Italian restaurant. Each time I ordered, I would ask for a box - meaning to eat half the portion, and save the other half. Portion Control in Action!
The Server was astonished I could just eat half because the food was "so delicious and it's an Italian Restaurant for God's Sake"
So they thought I was super human with my self-control; and being Italian descent myself I guess it was...whipped ricotta, bread, pasta Bolognese and Tiramisu totally portion controlled!
Remembering Venice...going back in October.
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Return to HIIT mixed in with weight lifting at least three days a week
