Beginning to think my "resting/default" weight is about here. I've kind of been tracking but also kind of eating intuitively. I'd like to get back down some but I already walk over 10,000 steps per day and hike at least once a week... 🤷
130.4 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
