Im back in gym 5-6 days a week but Im finding it difficult to get back into my routine. I was off for 2.5 weeks while watching my mom. I think I made it to gym 3xs. I did lift heavy today but by end of week I find it hard to maintain the heavy weights..

Great job Diana! It is hard being away from the gym and workouts. My trainer backs us off when we first get back and it is a gradual build up to our training routine that can take weeks.

Redporchlady, I know it takes time but I am going to be 65 in a couple months and I'm finding I don't have as much stamina as I used to. I know I'll get back to where I want to be but as I get older it seems to get harder. Thanks for the support, wish I had arms like you!!💪💪

You got stamina girl!! I only work out 3x a week. I would be whooped at 5-6 times a week! And you have arms! You look fabulous! 💪💪💪

David's Princess, Thank you! I feel like I work hard to maximize my muscle definition and then we go out of town and I lose it so fast. I still can't get my back defined. It used to be but not so much anymore...getting old SUCKS!💜💪

You look amazing! Maybe cut back one of those workout days? Or maybe up your carbs 15-20 minutes before workouts? It is hard to get back into a routine after being off of it.

Stormsgirl, Thanks for the suggestion. I have been playing around with my carb intake either the night before or the morning of a heavy workout. I'll keep tweaking it. I'm going to drop one day of working out as well to see if it helps. 💪💜
