So good. This is the pulled pork that’s been slow cooking all week. Lots of cumin. One of my favorite flavors to build off of.

I love Cumin but have never had it with pulled pork. What other seasonings do you use with it? I need something new with pork to try. Your meal looks delicious 😋

Oh yum! Yeah cumin is something I discovered recently when I started making Chili. I used to think it was too spicy, but it's not. So delicious.

Cumin is amazing. if you warm it up in the pan before cooking it's an amazing aromatic as well. for this one, keeping in mind I use no measurements for this type of cooking, it's onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili flakes, fresh ground black pepper and organic no salt seasoning from costco. no smokey flavors in this one. I think the biggest factor is it simmering for days in its own juices.
