Oh, the Hypocrisy! Right after telling a buddy to stay on track yesterday I succumb to a pizza party. OK, Northernmusician, now it is your turn.

And to those kind souls who would tell me that it is OK, I am human, etc. NO, IT IS NOT OK! This is how I got myself into this predicament in the first place!

Having gotten that out of my system, I will now move on to positive thoughts and actions.

Buffy, at least it didn't hurt my weight. LOL I weighed in yesterday at 128. Won't record it.

You aren't succumbing to a pizza party, it's life. You can't forget to life, ya know. Just get back on the straight and narrow. The next time pizza shows up you can pass on it because you will remember how you felt today. Get your head back in the game, my friend. You are the only one who can change things. We are all messed up ... that is why we are here. LMAO!!! You crack me up. Now 'get on with your bad self'!
