10st 2 (half on at WW) The WW result was fair enough but my home weigh this morning was very disappointing, I was foolishly hoping today might be the day I crept back under the 10st! Serve me right for scoffing those discounted Revels bags...and the McDonalds...etc etc! My very slender pal has lost 10lb since New Year, she's doing 5:2 but starves herself when stressed anyway, I'm so jealous and she doesn't have it spare like I do!! I've ordered dresses for the Geekfest and 10 was biggest they did. Comments mentioned that they were generous fit but still very optimistic, but we have a good Plan B in mind thanks to Next :-) But it will be good to get the dress and find out whether it's impossible or inspiring! Plenty of time to lose half a stone before the 'fest so I just need to knuckle down to it, and stop spending mornings reading instead of going swimming! Interesting to note tho, especially after watching the recent Horizon diet programmes, that the days on which I didn't do any formal exercise, I still managed to meet and exceed my step goals.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
