After being up and down for a week or so I finally hit 164.4. My elderly in-laws have health issues so we have been living here for a minit. I am having them adapt to my food plan as it is healthy for them (low sugar low sodium) and they are happier that 2 hogs in a sweet pea patch!! 150, ready or not here I come!!
