Woke at 226.6, down .6 from yesterday. I am eating in a four-hour window starting at 4 pm (modified OMAD) but I do get hungry in the mid afternoon. But then it's only a few hours until dinner and I often don't eat right at 4... last night we waited until 6. Got in all my daily calories in a few hours. I will have to try to remember to take a glucose and ketone reading before dinner.
