It looks delicious! I haven't tried a cauliflower crust, but I like cauliflower in all its forms, so I'm thinking I'll like it.

I love this pizza. Costco cauliflower crust. I like it better than Milton’s and you need to let it sit for a few minutes after cooking for the crisp. I could totally kill the whole thing in one sitting, but that’s around 1200 calories and a ton of salt for me.

no worries, wifey. pizza is my fast food. I have no interest in making it myself unless it's part of a party or something. that could change at some point, but not at the moment. maybe when I build out my outdoor kitchen... lol. and when I say I'm sensitive to sodium, I'm up more than a pound this morning from two slices of pizza. fun stuff! it is mostly water though, so nothing to worry about.
