Are these special healthy nuggets or do you make them yourself Katsolo? Making me want some chicken nuggets

somewhere in between, oats. they are "just bare" chicken nuggets, precooked, but the meat is identifiable as chicken if you peel off the breading. they have just enough breading to not be naked chicken bits, but not as much as you'd find at the colonel's. I like how they taste and they're easy to cook in the air fryer. 8 minutes from frozen.
