Brown rice with Natto, egg, green onion and seaweed with a little soy sauce splash. 1g added sugar. 288 calories. Vitamin K2 bomb. I can’t even begin to tell you how much this has grown on me. Amazing.

Superman…Natto is the most prolific source of K2 MK7 on the planet. It’s an acquired taste, but well worth it based on the benefits to cardiovascular health. I take a vitamin D3 supplement with it…they work together to move calcium where it’s supposed to be within your body…keeps it out of your blood vessels. Try it and let me know what you think…probably need to visit an Asian grocery store to find it.

Yea I’ve tried it before. But the only place around me that carries them is 2 hours away. I actually didn’t mind the taste and to me it sorta smells like coffee 😂 I put it over rice n soysauce and it’s pretty edible. You make it look good tho 👍🏿
