Good day everyone!

Well the adventure continues - up 2 from yesterday. See what tomorrow brings. Though I know the day after a weight workout can bring gains due to water, etc. and inflammation, my eating was good, calories below BMR ... still. The tale of the tape and caliper measures tomorrow AM will give me info too.

I don't want to panic --- been learning/adjusting up and down the line for 4 years now on fatsecret --- but which adjustment to make is the question. Can't fret, just need to keep working. I really feel like running is one of my silver bullets to help me --- but the knee issue keeps me from it. Have an appointment with physical therapy specific medical group next week to examine knee and shoulder (which is so shredded, it feels, from weights and golf, but apparently doesn't stop either since i am hard headed)

Today another low calorie day and jumping on elliptical for 500 calories of LISS.

No worries...the scale can't be trusted day to day sometimes. Sounds like you have the right plan for today, you're right on track. Hopefully the scale will be in your favor tomorrow.

That is why I only record my weight every Friday and I do weigh everyday but it is a rollercoaster most of the time

Thx fellas. Yeah I have been on a pretty good run for a couple of months now so this is where I am examining whether this is a stall or something else. I'm never going back to 170 where I was in April, let alone 181, where I was when I found fat secret but I do want the needle going down, if only by a few tenths. Friday is my recorded weight too. Watched pot never boils, or something like that. Cheers.
