I spent the day at CPR and First Aide training. So the whole day was spent sitting on my butt. Good thing I ran last night, except I was starving today and was trying to balance what I ate verses my activity. Why do people always bring donuts to an event have people not heard of fruit???? Arghhh!

Yeah - it's like they want to have a vicarious high watching everyone eat the donuts...OR they do eat the donuts and use "Work" as their excuse to be unhealthy. I brought a big bowl of strawberries to a meeting and people looked at me like I was an alien! They were good berries, too!

The other option was those "fruit" bars that are wrapped individually, Kellogg's maybe?? Again, not a good choice.
