I am planning to weigh in daily for a couple weeks at least. It will help me as I'm trying to get my head back in the game! 😁 It is never fun, but logging food and gains and losses consistently is key to my progress.

That's how it's done, dude! And, as a side note, it's best to starve yourself and lose at least 10lbs fast because when things clear up with work, diseases, etc., in about a month, I'm only eating half of the pan of cinnamon rolls this time! #NoRestraint

Daughter, I'm working at it, but I know there are always fluctuations. I'm not where I want to be, but moving the right direction is encouraging for sure! Thank you!
