awwww, no dog is just a dog, they are part of our family. So sad that you had to make that decision. My old man dog is 9 also luckily in good health, he's my buddy. I'll be a mess when I lose my Mr. Munchkin.

Classic - Dogs never complain if we are having a bad hair day or our shoes don't match our outfit. They even pretend not to notice if we gain 5 pounds.

No, not just a dog! A little piece of me goes with them every time I have to let a pet go. One of the family with their own unique personality. My heart goes out to you. I mourn for them just like any other member of the family. Blessings, my Buddy, I know it hurts.
