Shrewdness's Journal, 18 October 2021

Today I will try to get to my walking in the warehouse. I am pretty tired though got up at 12:30, did chores, went back to bed at 2:30, I know it’s not healthy and now I am actually tired, go figure! I would love to be paid to sleep.
It would be my dream job.😁

I like to sleep with a bedside lamp on. My hubby says it’s weird.
I don’t know why, it makes a great hat!😁
179.0 lb Lost so far: 41.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck on getting your steps in! I wake up in the middle of the night and do chores too. Sometimes it helps me fall back to sleep … not always. Then I read…hubby endures the Paperwhite glow for hours. Have a fabulous day! 💐
