@yuliaa89...kalo mau nurunin BB yg dikurangi total kalorinya sih mbak (defisit kalori). Kalo soal komposisi makro mau brp tergantung preferensi masing'...ada yg low carb,ada yg low fat ,apa aja asal nyaman dan konsisten dilakukan dan asupan protein optimal 2x bb kalo memungkinkan 🙏💪
