Woke at 223.8, down .1 from yesterday. On my way to the drag strip to announce another tribute race to a late friend. I should get plenty of steps in. Enjoy your Saturday! UPDATE: Ate some fried chicken and green beans for lunch with my friend's family and got a lot of steps in. Got home after 8 pm and ate the rest of the BBQ chicken legs from yesterday. I weighed 223.4 before eating.

Hi, Pam! My friend Dale was not there but I did share lunch with the family of my late friend, Dick Estevez, to whom we had a tribute celebration today. I've known them since the early 1980s and I have watched the grandkids grow up. One of them was missing today because he was in Tennessee competing for the world championship!
