Personally, I recommend "chicken, beans, squid, and octopus.
Beef and pork are also high in protein and low in fat if they are "mainly lean".
Personally, I believe that the fats that should be avoided are those that are bad for you (highly oxidized fats).
As long as the fat comes from fresh solid food, I don't think it's a problem to go a little over.

egg whites, tilapia, chicken breast and lean ground turkey are all low in fat and pretty cheap. whey protein powder or most any type protein powder.

I like Turkey lunch meats like boars head. 30 cal/oz. egg substitute at 120 cal per cup (equals 3 to 4 eggs) and wild caught pink salmon packets, 2.5 oz 70 cals.
