Tempenya di marinasi aja say,, pakai sambal terasi 2 sendok makan, kecap masih 1 sendok makan, 1 sendok saori saus tiram dan 1 sendok makan minyak jagung. Campur bahan aduk rata dan masukan tempe balok 100g aduk sampai tempenya tercampur rata sama bumbu. Setelah itu bakar di teflon dengan api kecil masak hingga tempe berubah warna. angkat dan sajikan

sisa marinasi bisa buat tumis buncisnya,, jadi ga perlu banyak bumbu yg bisa buat nambah kalori pada makanan,, jadi total kalori antara 450kcal - 500kcal
