It's time to turn a new leaf. My freshmen year of college was fantastic! I had a ton of fun, learned more than I could ever hope and stayed very active both through the gym and by joining the Ultimate Frisbee Team.

However, now that I'm home for the summer I have had minimal motivation to exercise since I don't have a gym membership and it's hot outside. Also my eating habits are HORRIBLE! Either I starve myself by not eating until dinner or the next day to try and loose some weight or end up bingeing like crazy and can't stop shoving tortilla chips, cookies or cereal down my throat. I've also started eating late at night or in the middle of the night. I creep downstairs to steal some snacks to eat for entertainment while watching a movie in my room. Since when is watching a movie not entertainment in its self? I shouldn't need to gorge on ritz crackers and peanut butter....

Anyways. I have reached 150 lbs which is the highest I've weighed...ever. I know I'm still not overweight since I'm 5' 10'' but I just feel severely disappointed in myself for letting myself falling so far off of my goal. I want to be athletic and thing and confident in my body like I used to be. Right now I feel embarrassed even seeing myself undress in front of a mirror at night.

It's time to take charge again! No starving myself! No late night snacks! No pity parties! Time to kick my own ass back in shape :)
