Wide awake at dark thirty today and decided to change it up. Regular breakfast, lunch and drinking a protein shake for dinner. Determined to get the last 19 lbs off by Thanksgiving! grrrrrrr Going to get my flu shot today. Highly recommend to those over 65. Haven't been sick with the flu in years, it works!
