So, down a bit from Friday, that's nice. I may have managed to rein in the calories a bit, but as usual I failed to track meals over the weekend so I don't know for sure. And we ate out alot, too, oh well. I did manage a 4-mile walk on the treadmill yesterday, it was a little too hot & humid for outdoors.

I am about 9 hours away from completing my BA in Exercise Science (or it may be a BS, I'm not sure). Today I start a class in Health & Aging, and judging from the syllabus I've got a lot of work to do! Really looking forward to this class, since I'm 61 yrs old, LOL! Hope your week gets off to a great start, everybody!
147.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
