Woke at 228.2, down 1.1 from yesterday. Got to 227.7 after 16:8 IF. Started with sardines, tuna, and Brussels sprouts. Dinner is a question mark, but I have more taco casserole. UPDATE: Got to 226.9 before dinner. Starting with some tuna salad.
