Well, 16 days before doctor appointment, down 16 lbs so far, want to make it to 20 down before the doc. I hope the drop continues as it's doing. Have increased exercise substantially by just doing chores around the house and it's not simple dusting, I'm deep cleaning everything.
On a journaling note Now that I check the calories in items, I was surprised to see Orzo is high on the list as well as those transparent spring roll wrappers that come in at a whopping 300+ calories for just one of those suckers. Journaling is helping me make better choices albeit it's a pain in the %^&..! LOL
