Fasting blood sugar 112/ weight 165.1 Plan: IF/ low carb high protein Still cleaning out closets and files, shredding old records, etc. This is a longer job than I thought it would be. It would help if the shredder didn't get overheated and insist on taking a break. Shopping trip to Walmart this morning. Skipped breakfast. Lunch was Jack Links sugar free jerky, mozzarella cheese sticks, energy drink on the way home from store. Mid afternoon I ate a piece of 100% chocolate, celery and peanut butter. Went to a rodeo tonight again -- hubby is a big rodeo fan. Ate two cheese sticks at rodeo and stopped at Jack in the Box on the way home. After I got home and checked, I was shocked to see the meat lovers breakfast burrito I ate was like 790 calories! Still today's macros weren't too bad. Morning weigh-in will tell! Macros 21/57/22; calories 1441; fiber 9.4; net carbs 68.88; net kcals -547.
