@Piggy winkle , honestly at this point I hate it...I'd rather do a full body workout or HIIT or abs anything else honestly...but yeah, it is what it is ...just gotta get it over and done with.

You must have strong arms & core 💪🏻 I’m working on arms atm. (... you’d rather do HIIT than legs.. oh my.. you do hate leg day!! But you will be pleased when it’s done & you are feeling like a boss ✌🏻

I also hate leg day 😩 I absolutely love ab and arm days - they make me feeling extra powerful ⚡️
