Mine are killing me from 3 days ago. I stopped doing legs for a couple weeks to try to run... finally went back and just a short time off from legs- it is so easy to get sore.

I’m definitely there this morning. Did elliptical Monday to limit impact on the legs. It worked as my knees weren’t the weak spot. Really got the muscles!
