This is going to be a slow boat back to 178-182... lol
186.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m not losing fat nor am I gaining muscle. I need to revamp and come up with a new strategy. I can be in an deficit for 2-3 weeks n shed the lbs but then what? I’m terrified to eat the amount suggested for muscle growth which equals higher weight and larger frame. I’m soooooo over this lol
