I’m sort of going through the same thing. Most of the time it’s stress or boredom.

hi Deedee, you are one smart cookie to ask for prayer, for God is more than able to help you through this, in fact the word says 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me', so you've got this by God's grace and mercy. I've prayed for you and believe God to see you to victory. Have a blessed and wonderful day🙏🏽💕.

Yep, that craving hits us all from time to time. You might have to give in to that certain thing you are craving - just don't binge on it.

You and me both. I was in vacation over the weekend and all I could think about was when was the next meal. Or the next snack for that matter.

I sympathise with you so much! If only there was an Off button in cravings! Each and every craving would demand a psychotherapy session itself...What i do, I try to set an off - mark, sometimes it works. I'll do me some favour but set also a limit, a realistic one. It's important not to feel guilty about it because guilt perpetuates the cycle of binging. Good luck,God Bless you!

Try drinking 2 8-oz cups/b,ottles/glasses of h2o before, during, and after: Breakfast, Lunch, & dinner. Eat 2, baby, seedless-watermelons and call me in the morning. jjk But really, down some h2o. =)

Weekends get me too, I drop weight during the week just to put it all back on. I read something about giving these cravings a derogatory name and voice, so you can separate those thoughts from yours and learn to recognize them better.

I always tell myself, if you don't know what you are hungry for than you aren't hungry just bored.

For me I am usually craving something savory and fatty, so maybe an avocado with everything bagel seasoning on it will help?!?

If you are home go to sleep. Works every time.

maybe try a fish oil pill? I had decent success using them to help curb my appetite when i started calorie counting.

what curbs my appetite dead in it's tracks is Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar 3 times a day. works every time, you can add lemon and a lil honey and have a lemonade. It literally curbs the desire to eat.
