Well I didn't make it to 146 today, in fact I'm down only 1/4 lb, which is disappointing. But I'm telling myself that if I continue to lose 1/4 lb every day, that will be nearly 2 lbs in a week, which would be very good! So, back to tracking starting yesterday. In the meantime, here's a cute photo of some surprise guests that showed up on my front porch on Monday! Just a reminder of all the lovely things life has to offer us😊
