What a great episode of the Bigges Loser last night. All the women posted big numbers, women that were my weight losing between 10 and 16 lbs in one week. Very inspiring.

Yeah, Arthur came off as a selfish tool last night. I didn't get to see the end, how much did Arthur gain/lose? and what were the team results?

Arthur only lost 9 the black team lost a total of 99 lbs and red was 92 I think... can't remember % wise.
