It's ok, this is my most comfortable weight...if I go lower,, it seems to effect my muscle mass.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

982 kcal Fat: 28.21g | Prot: 87.25g | Carb: 99.38g.   Breakfast: Quest Vanilla Protein Shake, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, Oatmeal, Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Skotidakis Feta Cheese, Skinnygirl Balsamic Vinaigrette , Kraft Classic Ranch Lite Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grilled Chicken. Dinner: Garlic Bread, Trader Joe's Organic Marinara Sauce, Winn-Dixie Zucchini. Snacks/Other: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry Cheesecake, Red Sweet Pepper, Carrots, Dcm choc chip bars, Sweet Cherries . more...

Lol! I don't even know about my muscle mass. All I have is fat rolls every where.
