Woke at 228.4, down 3.3 from yesterday after losing much of the barbecue-induced water retention! Targeting about 800 calories today. UPDATE: Got to 227.6 by lunchtime and 227.0 before dinner, which was an omelet. Got very close to my 800 calorie target.
