Hello and Happy Wednesday!

I did it!! Into the next decade...yeah me! Surprised but a good one!

I need to start logging my exercise... But, I’ve been really good at logging my food! Baby steps...

179.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
