Normally I am 195lbs+ after a weekend of eating. This time I cut the carbs way down. This is the first real chance I have to hit 189lbs by Friday.

Today I 🏃🏾‍♂️ run...

193.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
