I am feeling in control. I am loving recording the food I eat. It helps me feel so much more in control. Like I'm the master of this ship and I'm going to keep it on corse no matter what. Now if I can keep up this attitude I'll do great. If I could just keep my mind off of that candy junk. It is such a temptation.

I'm right there with you! I don't log it on line, but I keep a little notebook & pen on top of my fridge & I don't eat a bite or take a sip until I've journaled & totaled all the calories :)
