Good day weather was great. Exhausted body feels like jelly. Have to find something for dinner that is no work.

Weekend warriors paying for their fun! I am not as sore today as I was last Monday. Got to ease into outdoor activities again.

Yup! Glad you are doing better. T I have one more day ( no workout tomorrow) then we have cold back with maybe freezing rain, or snow. Might be able to finish cleaning up the mess puppy has done and the piles of brush I created today, I need to cut the old lilac bush down tomorrow. Trying to revive it so it blooms again. Move some bushes. Feels good to work outside
