Fasting blood sugar 79/ weight 165.1
Plan: IF/Keto/exercise.
Glucose was down to 79 this morning, so I indulged in bread for breakfast. Yum! Lunch: salad and tuna, yogurt. Supper: Parmesan shrimp, spinach, instant mashed potatoes, English muffin with mixed fruit. Snack: peanuts
My new Keto Bread book arrived today -- I immediately made English muffins. (Calories 178, fat 15g, protein 7g, fiber 3g, carbs 5g, net carbs 2g) Double Yum!
Macros: 27/53/20; calories 1814; fiber 21.5; net carbs 102.32; net kcals -223
