How to successfully calculate your Sedentary Activity Calories on FatSecret?

1. Recalculate your Calorie limit by adding your current weight & age. Your calorie intake and output varies on weight and age.

2. Get an estimate on how much you stand on your "Lazy Days" Then apply the average hours on FS in the Exercise section.

3. Fill the rest of the Exercise section with Sitting hours until you reach 12 hours.

4. End result of your Calorie burn is your Sedentary Calories.

5. On the Bullseye icon, replace the Calcuated Calories FS had one for you with the amount of Calories you calculated in the Exercise section; unless the FS calculation is similar or exact.

Add Gym time, in place of the sitting calories to find out your Moderate Activity; increase your Standing Calories by 2 hours, in place of Sitting, to find your Active activity calories.

Incorrect Activitie Calorie Burn numbers are the primary reason why some people fail to lose the weight and/or gain muscle. Hopefully this helps. Keep Fighting! 👊
