I don't like putting in my journal all the carbs. that I've eaten today. But when that is all you have and that's what you get.

I'm trying to figure that one out too. Carbs (and sodium) are tough to reduce. Hoping to learn more how to do that here.

Try getting low carb veggies - summer squash, zucchini, bell pepper, romaine, all leafy greens, onion, tomato, mushrooms, celery, spaghetti squash, radishes, asparagus, artichoke, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, turnips - that's pretty much all I eat. All low carb veggies and lots and lots of meat, eggs and cheese. Stay away from high carbs like potatoes, pasta, rice, and bread products.

As Rob has mentioned, it's best to put it all down, so that later on when you are looking back, you'll know why there are any variances. You are doing so well, Debi...very proud of you!
