Well that gain is a bummer. Keep moving forward and it will all even out though right?

Todays goals:
Stay in Macs (Ive been doing really good so that shouldnt be an issue)
Research high protein breakfasts
Water
Take my mom to the Dr
Hiit - either at the gym or virtually
Foam Roll knot out of shoulder
263.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
