If you say so lol. Thanks :). Here lately it’s up and down but I know it’s water. No way could I gain 4# from a 9000 calorie surplus over 2+ months when I’ve kept a 2000-3000 surplus per month for most of a year and haven’t gained. The tummy roll is back ugh. But my butt is like completely gone 😭. I think my body is just rearranging fay deposits to mess with me lol. This meal is a way to hopefully lower calories a bit today because I’ve been unsuccessful in limiting the bedtime snacks. I can’t sleep when hungry! Skipped lunch too because I knew I’d have a candy bar and popcorn at the game tonight. Might have to stock up on chicken noodle soup again!
