Rosio19, thanks yes I'm back and ready😉 

Gibjib, would love to say yes but, no in reality I suffered a nervous break down because of the uncertainty and haven't been able to eat much or any keto for a while. I am now on a brat diet and low fodmap due to gastrointestinal issues whivlch I have always had but I'm on a IBS flare up and undergoing various studies to see if it was just the anxiety and stress of being out of work taking care of my family😔 or some other underlying problem.
