Weight keeps going up n down but Im trying to keep a positive attitude and realize that Im doing ok. I am back to my 6 day a week workouts and mostly clean eating so I know Im headed in the right direction, even if scale isnt where I want it to be..

Melissa, 3 days is a win! That's what I started with when we came home from Calif. I feel alittle stronger every day. Eating healthier and working out is helping me push forward. Think about you and sending hugs!

Thanks, Diana! So far I've only managed a single walk this week. When I think of where I was this summer and how hard I worked to get to that fitness level, it is really so disappointing. But, I can't look back if I'm looking forward. 😁 ❤️

@brandi. Thanks. I was doing really good a few months ago and then I faltered and started eating the things I know aren't good for me and not working out with weights which is the exercise I prefer. I lost so much muscle tone and went into a funk. I finally feel like I'm getting back to where I want to be. Love what Melissa said about moving forward.
