Does anybody know why/if coconut water causes cramping? Prior to starting my new journey I loved drinking coconut water. I drank it all the time. I’ve got it twice since and have noticed anytime I drink it I wake up to either my leg cramping up or I catch it right before it does. I eat basically the same thing almost every day but of course switch things up by pairing it with different items. I’ve been making juices this week and yesterday was the first time I actually added coconut water to my juice. Am I drink too much? Is there a certain amount to should drink or omit it all together? I’d prefer not to but I’d also prefer not to wake up with leg cramps lol

Are you having a lot? Maybe you are getting too much potassium?

My legcramps are related to lack of electrolytes but coconut water and juices should help with that.

Right. That’s the only thing I added to my day which is why I assumed that could’ve been the reason. I tried to look up an article and just google what it could be. The only thing I can think of is maybe potassium. I just didn’t know if anyone else experienced this and what the did to prevent it.
