Got back on track, food wise...still having a hard time working out like I used to. I've been in such a funk. I'm irritable, I snapped at my husband twice in last couple of days..that's not like me...I'm not in holiday spirit either. I feel so disconnected..
I do appreciate all the support I've gotten from my FSF and I see how others are struggling as well. I pray for better times! Thanks for listening...
132.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@wifey, thanks. I'm just overwhelmed and feel like while stress was happening, I was able to function. Now that some time has passed, I'm a mess..I've always been like that. Just gotta put my big girl boots on and get on with life. I know there are others going through worse things than me. For me, my son getting so sick and I couldn't be there played havic with my emotions. 💜💜💜

You looked wonderful Diana, You remind me of Linda Evans during Dynasty Tv show original. We finally got cool, breezy weather in Florida...I can atleast get out more in fresh air. I think everyone is over zoom and microsoft teams. A little grumpy behavior is understandable.

Thank you everyone. Yes Lonnie, you are right. I feel blah, then I beat myself up for feeling bad when I know others are having hard times too. I am trying to count my blessings.. I appreciate all the feedback. Like I said, I just need to stop focusing on the difficult times I've been through and focus on the good things in my life!💜🙏💜🙏

Hugs Diana! It's completely understandable with what's been going on and it is that time of year when less daylight hours play havoc on our circadium rhythms. It is ok not to be ok as long as you don't get stuck there!!! I always find that keeping up with my exercise routine helps me feel less stress. Gives me something else to focus on and self care feels good. Even if I feel sluggish and just barely put one foot in front of the other. I just tell myself to be gentle with myself during these times and just go at a snails pace is ok if that's all I've got in me. Then often I build up momentum. And not to sound glib but it also helps me to refocus my trust on God and not my circumstances. Hope you feel better soon!!! We got your back!!!
