Did some shadow boxing today and it was actually a really fun workout, I think I'll stick to it. I've always wanted to do kick boxing so maybe this is the first step.

Love love love Kickboxing!!! Been doing it just over a year, and wow what a work out! They work everything, and I am actually getting really good at a true full push up. Even doing a Burpee too! You're going to love it!
